Each weeks modules will expand the body regulation and the self esteem so by the end of the six weeks, each child has an acumen of their own way to manage themselves as well as be connected and in relationship with taking care of their bodies with simple, natural and easy tools and information.
Here You Will Find Week 1 of a 6 Week Program that Teaches Children Tools & Information for Optimal Body Regulation & Self Esteem Through Creative, Experiential Learning.
The Program Enlists a Focus on Your Beautiful Child’s Individuality and Unique Blueprint of Who They Are.
BE AN AMBASSADOR TO THE UNIQUENESS OF YOUR CHILD
The Pillars of Self-Esteem Will Be Taught in Easy to Understand & Creatively Engaging Modules.
THE RECOMMENDED SCHEDULE TO IMPLEMENT THESE MODULES IS TWICE A WEEK. CONSISTENCY AND SYSTEMATIC REPETITION ARE AVENUES TO MAKE LEARNING COMPREHENSIVE AND CREATE HABITS OF UPLIFTMENT AND EMPOWERMENT FOR YOUR LITTLE HUMANS.
Ex. Tuesdays and Thursday/ Wednesdays and Fridays/ Saturdays and Mondays – Whatever works for how you dial in your famjam vibe, just note that the repetiton and consistency are KEY 🙂
THE MODULES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED TO GAIN A MENTAL/EMOTIONAL AWARENESS OF SELF & ACUITY AS WELL AS A PHYSICAL ONE.
THIS ENCOMPASSES THE ENTIRETY OF YOUR CHILD’S EXPERIENCE IN THEIR BODIES.

For Part 2 Children Will Have The Option of Three Activities to Engage the Breathforce. You Can Choose One of the Three (3) Options Below:
1. Fresh Flowers or a Vast Garden
2. Kid’s Blowing Bubble Kit(s)
3. Craft Supplies : Coloured Paper, Scissors, Glue our Tape, Paper Plates or Empty Paper Rolls (small or large)
THE FIRST PILLAR OF SELF ESTEEM – WEEK ONE
THE PRACTICE OF LIVING CONSCIOUSLY.
Intended Outcome to Download to the Kids:
Conscious awareness of their own behaviour and their control and governance of their behaviours which will be demonstrated by the outcomes of the directives below.
FOR INSCHOOL PROGRAM:
Students are instructed to line up at the entrance of the gym, inside the gym so as to not impede the hall.
They will each sign an agreement as well as affirm with a verbal statement that they will remain silent until otherwise told to speak and are allowed to only speak for the required task.
They then are told to pick a seat.
The chairs and tables will be configured in a semi circle to promote unity amongst the group.
FOR ONLINE/HOME PROGRAM:
Engaging Children In a Fun and Uplifting Way to Get Them EXCITED about EMPOWERING THEMSELVES. Treating them with honour, dignity and respect is surefire win for any human – big or small
On their tables the children will need to be supplied with:
1. A Mirror
2. A Journal that is labeled “Magic Me”
3. A simple set of instructions.
1. Pick up the mirror and looking at yourself in your LEFT EYE stare at yourself quietly and take 3 deep breaths.
2. After your deep breaths say out loud My name is (then say your name) and “I love myself”
3. Stare at your face in the mirror and say out loud why you are lovable. Name 3 things that make you lovable.
Ex. I am Max and I love myself and I am lovable because of who I am. I am kind. I am fun. I am unique.
3. Open to PAGE 1 of your MAGIC ME JOURNALS and fill out Exercise #1 sheet.

Teaching Children Physical Activity as a Fundamental Gift to a Balanced & Healthy Lifestyle is a Sweet Feel.
What’s Even Sweeter to Add to That is to Cultivate Within Them the Awareness That They THEMSELVES REGULATE THEIR OWN SYSTEMS by way of an Higher An Empowered Understanding of the BREATHFORCE.
The old world modality of health which is very much in play presently is the old attitude in which the body is treated as a mechanism to be handled by some other human being who has expertise in treating the body.
I have seen this method of medecine prove very effective in keeping people healthy. I have also been the daughter of two GP’s and never needed a general practitioner for my health and not because I had two live in doctors as parents, but because their teachings to me were to maintain a GoodVibe lifestyle so as to not need a doctor at all. That nurturing is congruent with my nature.
The experiences that I have endured and created in my life expereince demonstrate to me very clearly that our destinies of health and well being lie very much in our own hands.
Each and everyone of us humans, or a good range of 95% of us have the right to pristine and divine health and well being – should we have the courage and know how to encompass this.
Something That is Resonant Amongst All Us Human Beings is Our Abilities & Awareness to Regulate Our OWN States of Being.
The first module for the body regulation portion of this program will be to introduce the BREATH.
The breathforce is a tool that enables us to control our states of being. When you take a wee minute to absorb that in its entirety you come to see that
To gain an awareness and a conscious connected relationship with the breath is a commodity that EVERY HUMAN would do well to cultivate a conscious and connected relationship.
The Magnificent & Life Giving Force That is The Breath.
THE PURPOSE OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE TO INSTILL YOUR CHILD(REN) WITH THESE LEARNINGS:
1. INTRODUCTION TO THE BREATH & THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FIGHT OR FLIGHT AND REST AND DIGEST BREATHING PATTERNS AND REGULATION
2. LEARN A GROUNDING BREATH TECHNIQUE – Breathing deeply through the NOSE from the belly and exhaling contracting the belly while breathing out of the MOUTH.
3. ENGAGE IN A CRAFT ACTIVITY TO ENHANCE PROPRIOCEPTIONS SKILLS, BE CREATIVE AND AFFIRM THE NEW LEARNINGS BY WAY OF TANGIBLE
GET CRAFTY DEVELOPING A RELATIONSHIP TO YOUR BREATH FORCE
Depending on your child and the way they like to dial in their vibe, you can choose one of the various activities below to engage and understand the value of connecting and managing one’s own breath to stay empowered, confidant, peaceful and regulated.
EARTH CONNECTIVITY – SMELL THE FLOWERS
Gift your child a beatiful flower or a bouquet of flowers, or best yet, take them into the natural world around them and immerse them outside with wildflowers and have them breathe deeply into the flower through their nose imagining that all the colourful and scented vibrant energy is infusing their lungs with optimal energy.
Have them breathe deeply from their bellies for several minutes.
Pull out the magic me journal and colour in the image provided or create an image or graph that represents your experience of breathing in the flowers scent so deeply.
PROPRIOCEPTION WIN & BREATH FUN WITH BUBBLES
Grab different sizes and shapes of bubble dispensers and have your child(ren) breathe deep belly breaths and blow out bubbles.
This is a great activity for being calm and patient and breathing deeply to get a solid sheen of bubbly liquid to escape from the bubble maker. I had a lot of fun with teaching this to my child as it enhances proprioception and development.

Deep Breathing vs Shallow Breathing
Here are 2 videos and an attached colouring optioned diagram to exemplify the differences between breathing in a short breath and a deep breath.
Children are encouraged to participate by watching the videos and following along with their specific stuffy.
Print out the image above and use as a colouring option to enhance the understanding that a deep belly breath is a much more vibrant feel than that of the stressed chest breath.
